The Dragon Oil Speak Up Helpline (hereinafter – the Service) is provided solely for registering and processing information on violations of the Dragon Oil Code of Conduct, in accordance with applicable whistleblower protection laws of the UAE.
The Company reserves the right to refuse registration of cases that do not meet the criteria for whistleblowing. The Service is intended for users over 18 years of age.
You are protected from retaliation if your report is made in good faith and to the best of your knowledge. Malicious or knowingly false reporting is prohibited and may result in legal consequences under UAE law.
Your report will be reviewed in the country where you indicate the event occurred or where the alleged violation took place. Legal relations that arise in connection with the review of your report are governed by the laws of the UAE or, if applicable, the laws of the country where the violation took place.
Any terminology used in this document should be interpreted in accordance with UAE law or, if applicable, the law of the relevant jurisdiction where the incident occurred.
This Service is not an emergency service.
Do not use the Service to report events involving an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this Service may not receive an immediate response.
If you need urgent assistance, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services.
Ethicontrol treats all reports received through the Service as confidential and processes them according to its agreement with Dragon Oil and Ethicontrol’s Privacy Policy.
Ethicontrol uses the submitted information exclusively to provide services to Dragon Oil, and only in accordance with applicable UAE privacy regulations and Ethicontrol’s Privacy Statement.
By submitting a report, you authorize Dragon Oil and its affiliated and subsidiary companies to collect, process, store, and otherwise use the submitted information as the Company deems appropriate, in line with relevant privacy and data protection legislation in the UAE.

Ethicontrol does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the information submitted through the Service. Ethicontrol does not investigate or resolve concerns submitted.
Dragon Oil is solely responsible for reviewing the report and acting in compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal procedures governing investigation and whistleblower protection.
Ethicontrol’s system is not a classified government system. You must not upload any information classified as “Top Secret,” “Secret,” or other restricted national security information under UAE or international law.
By submitting a report to Ethicontrol, you acknowledge and agree that Ethicontrol's only obligation is to receive your report and make it available to Dragon Oil.
Ethicontrol accepts no liability for any action or inaction by Dragon Oil. You, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, successors, agents, and assigns, agree to release and hold harmless Ethicontrol and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any liability related to the handling or outcome of your report by Dragon Oil.
